Return Policy
1. Standard Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Exceptions:
Custom-cut hoses or any custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective. Clearance items or products purchased during certain sales events may be subject to final sale terms, as specified at the time of purchase.
